You are a true Tzaddik. Hashem is making this happen only to test you to see if you will get down or depressed about it. This a big detriment to divine service and worse than the Keri itself! It might also be good for you to meet with Rabbi Leon Levi for specific tikunim and advice. An appointment can be made by calling 03-6195068, on Tues mornings betw 8:15 and 8:30. Keep trying - the line is usually busy.
Now is Shovavim, a time of tshuva from pagam habrit. Rabbi Levi holds all-night tikunim on Thurs in different cities for the next 6 weeks. There are other Shovavim gatherings in Kabbalistic yeshivot in Jerusalem, called Tikun HaYesod. They are advertised on posters on street billboards. While keri is not so severe like intentional masturbation and other sexual transgressions, atonement is proper. Hatzlacha.

Maybe you can help me or give me some advice. I'm a baal teshuva living in Israel in my Yeshiva. I feel like I have a very big Yeatza Houra evil inclination for women or my nature is very sexual. Iv'e been a baal teshuva for about a year and a half. I don't stare at women. I don't look at pictures of women, I don't listen to women singers, I have no contact with women. I pretty much sit in my yeshiva in the beit midrash all day. I still find my self having a Keri or nocturnal emmision. I count the days and every 7 days, I have a Keri. I've begged God to help me in hitbodidut, Iv'e said the shmea with all my heart, I sleep with the bare minimum without anysocks, even though its freezing with it being winter and no heat in the Yeshiva. At the end of all my attemtps, I still ahve a keri. I had one on Rosh Hasshana, in the suckah, on Shabbat, and on Rosh Chodesh and on the weekdays. I follow all t! he halacha. I fond though that I had them more often when I mved into my new dorm room where there was less noise so I got to sleep a little more deeper, but I still had them in my old room. I know how bad it is for semen to be wasted, and I usually do any rectification that I can. Please if you have any advice, let me know.
